Logis Hotel Acotel Avignon Nord - Le Pontet (Vaucluse)

The hotel has a clean pool area, perfect to cool off after a day of exploring the nearby city. The rooms are tidy and air-conditioned, a great respite from the heat. The hotel is located near shopping areas and restaurants, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat.

The hotel's location leaves much to be desired, situated in an industrial area amidst retail parks and movie theaters. The staff was disorganized and unhelpful, with some guests reporting issues with their billing.

We were dismayed initially to find that the hotel was on an office and industrial estate and looked a little tired. But the room was adequate and an excellent supper was to be had only 5 minutes walk away at Le Gare, a self-service help-yourself-to-as-much-as you-want. The hotel is what it is and serves its purpose very well and at a very reasonable price. And the air-con worked well and was silent - important on a ground floor room.

Breakfast was a bit thin - not much variety but the coffee was good.

The air-conditioning worked only for the first day. Even when it was on, it did not help a lot. The room is just too stuffy and hot. Suggest not to stay during hot summer.

The hotel is situated near restaurants, which makes it convenient for meals. the rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was satisfying. the staff was accommodating and friendly, answering any inquiries we had promptly, and the hotel offered amenities such as a pool and a helpful internet service.

An inadequate maintenance of the pool, and the water level may have affected the filter system.

A very nice hotel, af ew minutes from Avignon and 20km from Mont Ventoux. The swimming pool was very pleasant!

Hotel building is like a container box. Very old and small room, too narrow for family. I strongly not recomend this hotel for family. I made 6 hotels for my vacation, this hotel is worst.

I really appreciated the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. the hotel had convenient parking facilities, easy for me to park my car without any hassle. The location was also fantastic, as it offered easy access to nearby transportation options and was in close proximity to various attractions in the area. I was also impressed by the helpful and friendly staff who were always willing to assist me.

The daytime manager was pleasant and helpful. Our second room was basic, but clean.

The night manager was awful. The code we were given for after-hours check-in did not work, so some other guests let us in and helped us find him, but he was abusive and at first refused to help us. Only after we demonstrated that the machine wasn't working did he sullenly get us a room key - for an already occupied room. The room we finally got was small, dirty, hot and uncomfortable. The next day we were moved into a cleaner, cooler room. The hotel's location would have been very inconvenient for visiting Avignon, if not for the fact that extra buses were running during the July festival in Avignon.

It was easy to book, easy to check into. My girlfriend was staying there so it was great to get in last minute.

Was a fair way out of town, staff were friendly but strained friendly.

Comfortable beds, good location.

The hotel had a lovely pool area with big trees for shade and a clean, large pool. the rooms were also clean and cool with air conditioning which was a great relief from the heat. the location was perfect for us as it was only a short bus journey into the city center and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel staff wasn't very helpful or organized which made checking in and out a bit of a hassle. We also found the pool wasn't well-maintained as the water level was too low for the filter system to work properly.
